One information platform for a decentralized organization
The teams at Wellenbrecher e.V. support young people and families with an individual pedagogical approach from more than ten locations. Information for the more than 200 permanent employees must be quickly accessible — including on mobile. Alongside the app, an improved search was the biggest wish.
With intraOnline, much of the communication now comes together in one system — whether at a desktop computer or on the go in the app. Employees find the information relevant to them regardless of location and praise how intuitive the platform is, even when publishing content themselves. Roles and permissions are clearly defined.
Data protection was a basic requirement in the decision for intraOnline. The fact that the platform is hosted in Germany and certified GDPR-compliant enables a swift rollout.
