Contacts
Manage and contact external contacts centrally
Short answer
Contacts manage external counterparts with their details, links to organizations, mail history and import functions.
Definition
The contacts area holds external people such as authority contacts, sponsor representatives or service providers.
Contacts can be linked to organizations and enriched with attributes specific to that relationship.
The mail history documents the communication, and CSV import supports bulk upkeep.
Without proper contact management
Contact details go out of date fast, relationships to organizations stay unclear and communication is hard to trace.
With contacts in intraOnline
Contact details, the organization they belong to and the mail history are documented centrally and available at any time.
How it works
Directory
Maintain external contacts and partners conveniently in the CMS. You can organize contacts into categories and contact them directly from the app or web.
In practice: working with external partners
An office maintains counterparts from authorities, sponsors and service providers in the contacts area. Contacts are linked to their organizations and enriched with role information. Emails that were sent appear in the contact's history. New records are imported by CSV when needed.
Benefits
- Central, well-kept contact data
- Clear assignment of people to organizations
- A transparent mail history for ongoing communication
- Scalable import of larger contact sets
