Members
Central management and role-based access
Short answer
Member management keeps master data, roles, group assignments and member-related documents together in one central profile.
Definition
In the members area you manage everyone in your organization with consistent master data.
For each member you can store documents and maintain the role and group assignment.
For larger data sets there is CSV import and export with preview and validation.
Without central member data
Contact details, roles and documents sit scattered across separate lists and go out of date quickly.
With member management in intraOnline
Master data, roles, groups and documents come together per profile and stay consistent.
How it works
Personalized creation
You can enhance registration with personalized attachments to simplify the registration process.
Manage files
Upload files for individual members and manage them centrally.
Manage master data
Manage master data such as addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses about the person
In practice: a season start with many changes
At the start of the season an organization updates numerous member records and roles. Individual cases are handled directly in the profile view, bulk changes run through the CSV import. Relevant records are stored as documents on the profile. The member base stays current despite the high rate of change.
Benefits
- Consistent master data for every member
- Role and group assignment right on the profile
- Documents and records available centrally
- Scalable upkeep through CSV import and export
